Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Cedar Crest Village in Pompton Plains, New Jersey, seeks CNAs for part-time and per diem schedules to support residents’ daily living activities and overall well-being.

You will assist with activities of daily living, implement care plans, help administer medications, and collaborate with the clinical team to ensure timely, compassionate care that respects residents’ preferences and values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA certification for the state.
• Current certification for Medication Administration - per state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living.
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and routines while providing comfort and belonging.
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs.
• Working with the clinical team to address residents’ needs in a timely manner.
• Administration of medication to residents.

How You Will Make An Impact

What You Will Need

• Current CPR certification preferred.
