Job summary

Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living is seeking Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to support residents with daily living, care plans, and medication administration. Per diem shifts on all schedules are available for our team in New Providence, NJ.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Current CNA or HHA certification in the state of New Jersey.
• Current certification for Medication Administration in New Jersey.
• Minimum of 1 year CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Support residents in activities of daily living and personal care.
• Assist with residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Administer medications and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Implement resident care plans focusing on preferences and routines.
• Provide companionship and ensure timely addressing of resident needs.

Location: Lantern Hill by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Certified Medication Aide (CMAs). Our CMAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

• Compensation: Between $22.00 - $26.00 per hour. Commensurate with experience.

Shift Available: Per Diem (all shifts)

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter
• Administration of medication to residents

What you will need

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CNA or HHA certification in the state of New Jersey.
• Current certification for Medication Administration for the state of New Jersey.
• Minimum of 1 year of CNA experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 years of Medication Administration experience preferred.
• Current CPR certification is required.
