Job summary

Arlington Senior Living in Macon, GA is seeking compassionate Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) for full-time day and night shifts to support our residents. You will administer medications, assist with daily living activities, monitor health, document care, and work with a caring team in a warm senior living community.

Qualifications

• Current Georgia CMA certification is required.
• Experience in senior living or healthcare preferred.
• Compassionate, reliable, patient-centered care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to follow medication administration procedures and safety protocols.
• Background check and drug screening required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have valid identification.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents while promoting dignity and independence.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility).
• Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain accurate and timely medication and care documentation.

• Follow all state regulations, safety procedures, and infection-control guidelines.

Arlington Senior Living is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our team in Full-Time Day and Night Shift positions. What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate care and support to residents while promoting their dignity and independence
