Job summary

STERLING ESTATES WEST COBB is seeking outstanding Certified Medication Aide (CMA) and Certified Nurse Aide candidates to join our Assisted Living team. PRN Night positions are available. We value compassionate care, patient and professional demeanor, and the ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Georgia CMA license.
• CNA certification accepted as an alternative.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with high-quality personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, incontinent care, etc.).
• Assist with mealtimes, cut food, and encourage eating.
• Complete and document shift assignments; report incomplete tasks to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, and department heads as needed.
• Provide planned activities and respond to call lights and emergencies promptly.

We are currently seeking outstanding Certified Medication Aide (CMAs) to join our Assisted Living team. We are also open to Certified Nurse Aide. PRN Night positions available at this time.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities:

• Assist all residents/clients with a high quality of personal care, including but not limited to; bathing, dressing, grooming, shaving, incontinent care, foot care, vital signs, height and weight checks per policy.
• Assist residents with mealtimes. Cut food. Encourage to eat.
• Complete and document shift assignments assigned, if unable to complete, report to nursing supervisor.
• Communicate with residents, families, and Department Heads when needed.
• Provide activities as planned and/or directed.
• Respond to call lights and emergencies in a timely manner.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• You must have current Georgia CMA License.
