Job summary

Empire Care Centers' Jonesboro location is seeking a part-time Certified Medication Aide/Med Tech to support resident care and safe medication management. 8-hour shift options include 7AM–3PM, 3PM–11PM, and 11PM–7AM.

Join a supportive, resident-focused team that values reliability and compassion. Responsibilities include administering medications, recording in MAR, taking vital signs, monitoring intake/output, stocking carts, and following infection control and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia CMA certification required.

What You’ll Do

As a part-time CMA/Med Tech, you will support resident care and ensure safe medication management. Responsibilities include:

• Administering medications and accurately documenting in the MAR

• Performing and recording vital signs

• Monitoring intake/output and collecting samples as required

• Ensuring medication carts and supplies are properly maintained and stocked

• Responding promptly and professionally to resident needs

• Supporting safety, infection control, and facility protocols
