Job summary

Solomons Nursing and Rehab Center in Solomons, MD is seeking a Certified Medicine Aide (CMA) for full-time 2p-10p shifts. You will pour and administer routine medications, maintain medication records in EMAR, and support resident safety and comfort.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED and MD CMA/CNA/GNA licenses; Covid vaccination is required. We offer weekend pay with evening/night differential, excellent benefits, and a generous PTO package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• MD CMA, CNA, and GNA licenses required in MD.
• Knowledge of administering simple treatments and bedside resident-care services.
• Covid vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Pour and administer routine medications as directed by physician (except injections/narcotics).
• Maintain medication administration records in EMAR.
• Assist in ensuring resident safety, comfort and well-being.
• Follow facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Education
