Qualifications

• Maryland CMA license is required.
• Maryland GNA/CNA-I license required.
• Compassionate, patient-focused personality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications per physician's orders and facility policies.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the nursing team.
• Document medication administration accurately in the patient record.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure safe and effective pharmacologic care.
