McPherson Health and Rehab, part of Mission Health Communities, is hiring Certified Medication Aides (CMAs) to join our clinical team. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and opportunities to grow within a caring environment.

As a CMA, you administer medications as prescribed under a licensed nurse, observe changes in residents, and uphold HIPAA and facility policies while delivering compassionate care to our senior residents.

Qualificações

• Current Kansas CMA license.
• Current CPR certification
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
• Desire to work with the elderly

Responsabilidades

• Pass medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Provide direct care to residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Observe and report changes in condition, attitude, appetite and behavior.
• Uphold HIPAA requirements and facility policies.
• Build relationships with residents, families, visitors and colleagues.
