The United States Courts in Richmond, VA seeks an Applications Administrator I to manage CM/ECF and related applications, create reports, dashboards, and BI solutions, and ensure data integrity for court operations.

You will design, test, and implement improvements, develop technical and end-user documentation, provide second-level support, and collaborate with judges, staff, and external offices to resolve issues while maintaining data quality and process efficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in IT-related field preferred, with relevant specialized experience considered in place of education.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience supporting applications, databases, and reporting.
• Ability to communicate clearly, document processes, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide CM/ECF administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, and user support.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and BI solutions to support operations.
• Perform data quality checks and maintain system dictionaries; train end users.
• Coordinate improvements, test releases, and communicate changes to stakeholders.
