Job summary

ASRC Federal Data Networks Corporation (DNC) seeks a Configuration Management Analyst to support the TraCSS program in Suitland, MD. The role focuses on administering CM and DM processes, managing CM tools, and ensuring compliance across the program.

You will collaborate with the TraCSS Program Management team on document control, engineering change control, and software change control, while coordinating with developers, testers, and users to resolve CM-related issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2-4 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence) with admin privileges.

Responsibilities

• Administers CM process functions, including inputting, updating, tracking, and maintaining CM tools and processes.
• Supports program management in document control, engineering change control, and software change control.
• Works with project stakeholders to implement CM processes and track task completion.
• Monitors CM compliance and communicates areas for improvement to the Program Manager.
