Job summary

Southeastern Computer Consultants, Inc. (SCCI) seeks a Configuration Management Analyst I/II to support the CSS Program in Dahlgren, VA. The role covers CM planning, identification, control, status accounting, and audits, with on-site work in Dahlgren, VA.

The candidate will handle data entry, records management, and CM tool processes, ensuring quality of CM artifacts and timely reporting. Strong communication and collaboration with Navy leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active Secret Security Clearance.
• High school diploma required.
• Demonstrable knowledge of CM principles, methods, and techniques.
• 3–5 years of DoD CM experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform Configuration Management/Data Management functions: Planning, Identification, Control, Status Accounting, Audits, and Data Management.
• Attend meetings as CM secretariat: agendas, artifacts, minutes, action items.
• Review/update CM plans, processes, and procedures across CM areas.
• Participate in technical reviews and IPTs representing CM efforts.
• Enter and maintain data records; perform database management.
• Track documents through technical review; consolidate comments for adjudication meetings.
• Maintain file repositories in online repositories (iPDM, SharePoint).
• Ensure quality and timeliness of all CDRLs; generate MSR.
• Prepare IPP presentations and conduct QA of CM data.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for CM work.
