Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative, your main duties will include:

• Providing excellent customer service
• Organizing, cleaning, and preparing the back area for deliveries
• Keeping the sales floor tidy and safe from spills
• Stocking and rotating products as needed
• Resetting products and maintaining shelf conditions with proper signage
• Checking shipments for freshness and quality, removing expired or damaged items
• Ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and refrigeration standards
• Controlling shrinkage, safety, and inventory levels
• Assisting with merchandising to maximize sales
• Using suggestive selling techniques to enhance sales

Qualifications

Preferred candidates will have:

• 0-2 years of experience
• Knowledge of food products, preparation, and equipment (preferred)
• Extensive knowledge of specialty foods is a plus
• Strong customer service skills
• Passion for food
• Certification in materials handling equipment (preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and extreme temperatures
