Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Cluster Security Manager for the U.S. Amazon Dedicated Cloud. You will lead security strategy across multiple ADC data center campuses, manage site security leaders, and collaborate with government customers to ensure compliance and robust protection.

The role reports to the Regional Security Manager and shapes security programs across facilities. Responsibilities include driving cluster-wide incident response, risk management, audits, and continuous improvement while

Qualifications

• Experience managing contract security and physical security operation programs such as Access Control/Intrusion Detection and CCTV Surveillance systems
• Experience in working directly with government officials and regulatory bodies
• Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance
• Experience with ICD, NISPOM, NIST, and UL 2050 standards related to classified facility security and accreditation
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the security strategy for all ADC data center campuses within the assigned cluster
• Lead Data Center Security Managers and Security Operations Managers across sites
• Advise senior leadership on security posture, risk, and investments
• Manage government customer engagements including security reviews and audits
• Ensure continuous compliance with government accreditation requirements
• Oversee security operations, incident response, and escalation across the cluster
• Balance security requirements with operational tempo and business needs
