Job summary

Levy at American Airlines Center is seeking an enthusiastic, guest-focused event-based part-time Chef Table Attendant/Food Line Server to join our Premium Clubs team. This position delivers exceptional guest experiences by maintaining clean dining areas, assisting with food and beverage service, and anticipating guest needs during events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year hospitality, food & beverage, hotels, clubs, stadium/arena, or full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or ability to obtain within required timeframe).
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked dining areas by clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, returning glassware, and replenishing supplies.
• Assist servers with table setup, food and beverage delivery, beverage refills, and bussing tables to ensure efficient service.
• Support kitchen, bar, and service teams to promote seamless event operations and timely guest service.
• Greet guests warmly, respond to questions, provide recommendations, and accommodate special requests while delivering exceptional hospitality.
• Ensure food presentation, cleanliness, and service standards meet company expectations while following all HACCP, food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and restock service stations throughout events as needed.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities, including cleaning, breaking down equipment, storing supplies, and preparing the club for future events.
• Report maintenance, safety, or guest concerns to leadership and perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Summary

• Valid TABC Certification and ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or the ability to obtain within the required timeframe).
• Excellent customer service, communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to bend, reach, squat, and perform repetitive tasks throughout scheduled shifts.
