Job summary

Invited Clubs is seeking a Server Assistant to support the front-of-house team in delivering food and beverage service and ensuring a smooth, welcoming dining experience for members and guests. You will assist with setting up, cleaning, restocking, greeting guests, collaborating with teammates, handling requests and complaints, and supporting events while upholding safety and club standards.

This role requires a high school diploma, prior F&B experience, and relevant certifications to perform

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience in Food & Beverage service preferred.
Current Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications as required by state regulations.
Completion of Invited’s F&B Service Training program.

Responsibilities

Assist with delivering food and beverages to members/guests for prompt service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and setup tables.
Learn menu basics to answer simple questions and assist service.
Greet members/guests and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth dining experience.
Handle guest requests and complaints, escalating as needed.
Complete side work, including cleaning and stocking work areas.
Adhere to safety guidelines and club policies; support special events as needed.
