Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino seeks a Journey Clubhouse Assistant Manager to oversee the restaurant in the absence of the F&B Outlet Manager. You will strive for maximum guest satisfaction, maintain service standards, and ensure correct operation procedures across shifts.

You’ll support scheduling, coaching, inventory, and training while ensuring compliance with health and safety requirements. This role requires flexibility across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and speak before groups.

Responsibilities

• Carry out policies and procedures of Pechanga Resort Casino.
• Ensure proper service as specified in the outlet standards of service.
• Operate Restaurant/Outlet per manager’s direction.
• Address guest comments and coordinate with outlet chef/beverage manager.
• Manage labor, scheduling, and other administrative duties.
