Job summary

Brain Injury Services (BIS) seeks a Clubhouse Manager to lead the ADAPT Clubhouse daily, supervise unit coordinators, and ensure integrated, recovery‑oriented services in a Clubhouse model. You will oversee operations, staff development, risk management, and partnerships to support member success.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in brain injury or related services, with two years of staff supervision and a focus on quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with relevant education and experience considered.
• At least three years in brain injury, neurological, disability or related health services.
• Two years supervising staff with coaching and accountability for quality.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Unit Coordinators; set expectations, coach, review performance and develop staff.
• Coordinate Clubhouse units for integrated program delivery aligned with goals and standards.
• Foster recovery-oriented, person-centered environment and member participation.
• Develop meaningful unit activities that support member goals and collaboration.
• Monitor participation, outcomes, and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Oversee admissions, orientation, service planning and transitions.
• Build relationships with members, families, partners and referral sources.
• Cultivate partnerships expanding employment, education and community participation.
