Job summary

Brain Injury Services (BIS) seeks a Clubhouse Manager to lead the ADAPT Clubhouse, supervise Unit Coordinators, and ensure recovery‑oriented, person‑centered services. This full‑time, in‑person role manages daily operations, partnerships, and compliance, guiding program quality and staff development while coordinating admissions and service planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in rehabilitation, human services, psychology, social work, or related field.
• At least three years of progressively responsible experience in brain injury, disability, or related human services.
• At least two years of direct staff supervision and accountability for work quality.
• Experience with quality improvement, accreditation, and program evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Unit Coordinators by setting expectations and providing coaching.
• Coordinate Clubhouse units to deliver an integrated program.
• Foster recovery-oriented, person-centered environment.
• Oversee admissions, orientation, and service planning.
• Build partnerships with families, referrals, and community partners.
• Monitor program outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
