Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant to keep the San Dimas Golf Course clubhouse and surrounding facilities clean, safe, and well-presented for members, guests, and staff.

This hands-on role performs routine cleaning, light maintenance, and basic repairs, supporting daily operations and event setups with a focus on reliability and attention to detail in a club-like environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, facility maintenance, or a similar role preferred.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment.
• Ability to perform minor repairs and general facility upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse interiors including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces.
• Perform routine light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support upkeep of outdoor areas including patios, walkways, and entryways.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture or equipment as needed.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and maintain proper storage of supplies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from club staff.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report larger repair needs or safety issues to leadership.

• Work may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on club operations
