Qualifications

• Perform routine light maintenance such as replacing bulbs and minor repairs.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support upkeep of outdoor areas including patios, walkways, and entryways.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, moving furniture or equipment as needed.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and store supplies properly.
• Report larger repair needs to leadership and follow safety procedures.

Job Purpose

The Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of the clubhouse and surrounding facilities. This hands‑on role supports daily operations by performing routine cleaning, light maintenance, and facility upkeep to ensure a welcoming and well‑presented environment for members, guests, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse interiors including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces
• Perform routine light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and basic troubleshooting
• Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse to identify maintenance or safety concerns
• Support upkeep of outdoor areas including patios, walkways, and entryways
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture or equipment as needed
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and maintain proper storage of supplies
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from club staff
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards
• Report larger repair needs or safety issues to leadership

Qualifications

Working Conditions

• Regular movement throughout the clubhouse and surrounding grounds

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, mechanical equipment, and varying indoor/outdoor temperatures
