Job summary

American Golf Corporation in Irvine, CA is seeking a Clubhouse Maintenance Attendant to keep our clubhouse and surrounding facilities clean, safe, and well‑presented for members and guests.

You will perform routine cleaning, minor repairs, and inspections, while assisting with event setup and upkeep of outdoor areas. Flexibility for varied shifts is required to support club operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of clubhouse interiors including restrooms, locker rooms, dining areas, offices, and common spaces.
• Perform routine light maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, minor repairs, unclogging drains, tightening fixtures, and basic troubleshooting.
• Conduct regular inspections of the clubhouse to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
• Support upkeep of outdoor areas including patios, walkways, and entryways.
• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including moving furniture or equipment as needed.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and maintain proper storage of supplies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from club staff.
• Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Report larger repair needs or safety issues to leadership.

Job Purpose

• Exposure to cleaning chemicals, mechanical equipment, and varying indoor/outdoor temperatures
• Work may involve early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays depending on club operations
