Job summary

Delta City is seeking a part-time front desk associate for its golf facility. Under the supervision of the Golf Professional and Golf Clubhouse Manager, you will handle phone and in-person customer service, operate the computerized POS for admissions and shop sales, and assist with daily facility needs.

You must be at least 18, pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and be available for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
• CPR and First Aid certifications within 6 months of employment.
• Available for up to 25 hours per week including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math and English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Answer telephone inquiries courteously and efficiently.
• Operate cash register for admissions and golf shop sales.
• Provide customer service at front desk and kitchen counter as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup for programs and facility rentals.
• Assist with routines and reports as required.
