Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engage members in all aspects of the unit and coordinate project and activity planning.
• Provide work opportunities and collaborate with members as colleagues.
• Maintain organized work space and ensure regular unit meetings are held.
• Maintain clean and orderly environment using universal precautions; manage supplies inventory.
• Assist members with community living issues and life skills.
• Demonstrate adherence to Clubhouse philosophy in daily conduct.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
• Participate in scheduled program meetings.
• Assist with planning and facilitating social activities and community outings.
• Conduct outreach to promote participation and engagement.
• Support Transitional Employment placements and liaise with employers.
