Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid CA driver’s license and current auto insurance per contract requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree and four years of professional experience in the behavioral health field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage members in all aspects of the unit and coordinate unit projects and activities.
• Promote participation and leadership among members; provide a welcoming, inclusive environment.
• Assist staff with Transitional Employment (TE), Supported Employment (SE), and Independent Employment (IE) support.
• Coordinate coverage for TE placements, communicate with employers, and support learning job tasks.
• Assist with planning social activities, outings, and events; participate in supervision and training.
