The Country Club at DC Ranch in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Full-Time AM Line Cook to deliver breakfast-to-lunch service in our main clubhouse kitchen. You’ll work alongside a seasoned leadership team that values craftsmanship, creativity, and hospitality excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have current AZ Food Handler’s Card.
• 2-5 years of kitchen experience at a luxury property or private country club.
• Grill and sauté experience required.

• Prepare and plate dishes to high standards in AM shift.
• Work primarily in the main clubhouse kitchen with leadership collaboration.

Schedule

• Typical shift is 6AM to 2PM
• Open availability is a plus (AM, Weekday, Weekend, Holidays except Christmas)
• Weekend (Saturday/Sunday) availability is required
