Primary Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to operate and ensure the safety of the gas station facility, assist customers, maintain product levels and cleanliness, and respond to emergency situations or safety concerns within the gas station area.

Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise the gas station, including safety checks and emergency response.
• Assist customers and complete transactions efficiently.
• Resupply island items, including oil, paper products, and cleaning solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the gas station area, including snow removal.
• Manage trash collection and disposal.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to read, communicate, and understand company policies and safety regulations.
• Physical capability to meet ergonomic and physical requirements, with or without accommodations.
• Meet performance standards, including regular attendance.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate necessary equipment and tools.

Physical Requirements

• Minimum shift: 4 hours or more based on business needs.
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand for approximately 55%, walk for 45% of the shift.
• Maximum pull static: 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of MSDS information for materials used.
• Completion of Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, and Right-to-Know training.
