Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Virtual Sales Representative to conduct Zoom presentations for owners, build rapport, and articulate the benefits of traveling with the company.

You will generate sales through effective closing techniques with prequalified leads in a fast-paced call-center environment. The role requires 1‑2 years of commission-based sales, a high school diploma or GED, and strong verbal communication plus active listening.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of commission-based sales experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Willing to obtain Timeshare Agent License.
• Experience with Zoom/video calls preferred.

Responsibilities

How You'll Shine:

• Conduct presentations via Zoom to owners

Compensation

Compensation for this position is $17.13 per hour (during the initial training period this rate is $17.13 per hour), plus incentives ranging from 2.0% to 14.5% per commissionable dollar sold. Performance above or below reasonable expectations could result in incentive earnings outside of this range. Please note: Components of incentive compensation are paid both weekly and monthly for this role.
