Job Summary
Primary responsibility is to perform and oversee the servicing, repair, and maintenance operations for all building and equipment related to the club. The position will service all areas of the club to improve janitorial and facility maintenance through servicing, education, and guidance of the janitorial and club staff.

- Execute club inspections as directed by the Corporate Facilities Department to ensure clubs are maintained per corporate standards, all preventative maintenance measures are being performed, and protocols are in place to ensure a safe work environment.
- Provide feedback to General Managers to ensure expectations are clear and maintenance deficiencies are addressed.
- Schedule all services/tasks with the GM as requested by AMT.
- Partner with AMT and New Club Development to attend walk-throughs, ensuring all maintenance and service needs are addressed before opening.
- Review inspection results to identify training opportunities, outliers, or trends requiring follow-up.
- Train new Club Managers on Facility Training Programs.
- Train Club Managers on daily tasks to ensure proper management of the Club Service Attendant position.
- Communicate regularly with Club Managers on facility service programs.
- Ensure utilization of the Open Wrench System as a management tool.
- Provide general direction and technical expertise to janitorial and club team members to address facilities responsibilities.
- Schedule weekly activities for CSA within approved times, coordinating with GM and RDO.
- Host meetings and training sessions to relay Facilities Department information and updates.
- Attend weekly conference calls with AMT for alignment on updates and expectations.
- Perform hands-on training following corporate chemical and safety standards.
- Coordinate vendor-sponsored training programs and address training needs with AMT.
- Ensure all CSA maintain required training certifications based on club amenities and local regulations.
- Oversee special projects, ensuring scope and vendor quotes are appropriate, and projects are executed properly.
- Schedule and support vendors for special projects, ensuring accountability.
- Execute in-house projects when appropriate, maintaining communication with GM and AMT.
- Manage Work Orders in the Open Wrench System, supporting AMT in processing them.
- Conduct monthly club audits using GO CANVAS.
