Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Current CPR Certification preferred.
• Experience working as an Assistant Manager at Planet Fitness preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop a high performing staff.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for members.
• Schedule staff and ensure all shifts are covered.
• Lead and maintain accountability for direct reports.
• Manage marketing efforts by ensuring staff is trained.
