BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. in Carmel, IN seeks a Club Manager to lead club operations, drive profitability, and deliver a best-in-class member experience.

You will supervise a large team, implement strategic priorities, manage costs, and build talent across the club while maintaining a safe, positive environment. The role requires 4+ years of retail operations management, strong leadership and communication skills, and a focus on profit and member satisfaction.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Strong drive for results and solid work ethic; high levels of service to members.
• Excellent communication skills; able to lead and motivate a large team.
• Understanding of profit & loss statements, shrink control, merchandising, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including managing cross-functional teams, training staff, and driving results.
• Open shift availability required.
• At least 18 years of age.
