Genesis Health Clubs in Saint Joseph, MO is seeking a Sales Manager to lead our membership sales efforts and drive growth. You will recruit, train, and coach a high-performing team while maintaining your own sales production and delivering monthly targets.

The role focuses on increasing guest traffic, improving conversion, and ensuring a consistent net gain in members and dues. You will implement company sales systems and KPIs across the club under the Club Manager's leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to consistently achieve sales goals.
• Strong recruiting, interviewing, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead by example while balancing personal production and team leadership responsibilities.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and basic business software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly membership sales and dues growth goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, motivate, and hold a high-performing sales team accountable.
• Serve as the primary sales leader under Club Manager.
• Improve guest traffic, sales conversion rates, and net membership growth.
• Ensure sales systems, processes, and KPIs are consistently met.
• Maintain personal sales production while leading the team.
