You will work with club leadership on sales, team development, member experience, and standards, learning by doing in a fast‑paced, high‑energy gym environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Experience in sales, customer service, fitness, or leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to motivate and influence team performance.
• Fitness industry or club management experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to achieving performance goals and supporting team success.

Responsibilities

• Support and contribute to a positive, high‑performance team culture.
• Inspire, coach, and motivate team members to deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Recognize and celebrate achievements to reinforce performance and engagement.
• Assist in training and developing team members per standards and expectations.
• Promote accountability and ensure adherence to club policies and service standards.
• Achieve individual sales goals and support club revenue targets.
• Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely, professional manner.
• Support promotions, initiatives, and membership growth strategies.
• Monitor KPIs and strive to meet or exceed targets.
• Maintain a welcoming, professional environment for members and guests.
• Assist in front desk and membership services operations to drive engagement.
• Communicate club policies and expectations to team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and facility standards.
• Support a culture of cleanliness and ensure facility presentation.
• Help the club meet operational standards for safety and security.
• Demonstrate knowledge of SOPs and company policies.
• Support company programs and promotional activities.
