Fitness Ventures LLC is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to support daily club operations and develop into a future manager. You will work with club leadership on sales, team development, member experience, and operating standards.

The MIT role emphasizes leadership development, accountability, and delivering an exceptional member experience in a high-energy environment. Training and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, fitness, or leadership roles preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to motivate and influence team performance in a positive manner.
• Fitness industry or club management experience preferred but not required.
• Commitment to achieving performance goals and supporting team success.

Responsabilités

• Support and contribute to a positive, high-performance team culture.
• Inspire, coach, and motivate team members to deliver an exceptional member experience.
• Recognize and celebrate individual and team achievements to reinforce performance and engagement.
• Assist in training and developing team members in alignment with company standards and expectations.
• Promote accountability and ensure adherence to club policies, procedures, and service standards.
• Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to club revenue targets.
• Support achievement of team revenue goals through coaching and leadership.
• Follow up with leads and prospects in a timely, professional manner.
• Support and execute sales initiatives, promotions, and membership growth strategies.
• Monitor performance metrics and strive to meet or exceed KPIs.
• Ensure a welcoming, professional environment for all members and guests.
• Assist in front desk and membership services operations to drive engagement.
• Communicate and reinforce club policies, procedures, and expectations to team members.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and facility standards.
