Job Opening

BravoFit is looking for an Assistant Manager to oversee daily club operations under the guidance of the Club Manager. Responsibilities include analyzing business trends, maximizing sales and memberships, managing staffing and supplies, and maintaining expense control. Effective communication about all duties is essential.

Your Contributions

  • Provide outstanding member service by creating a welcoming environment, greeting members, and answering questions about memberships, products, and promotions.
  • Supervise and manage a team of approximately 12-16 employees.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and developing staff, collaborating with the Club Manager.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and club presentation standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assign daily goals and tasks.
  • Follow up to ensure task completion, analyze reports, and monitor club cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Assist with staff scheduling and on-call coverage.
  • Support disciplinary and termination procedures in collaboration with the Club Manager.
  • Help adjust business strategies based on market trends.
  • Contribute to financial planning to meet performance goals.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures; be onsite as required.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Position Details

This is a full-time, salaried, non-exempt position. Hours vary between Monday and Sunday, 6 a.m. to 5:59 a.m. the following day, including holidays. Schedule flexibility is required based on business needs.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of managerial experience preferred
  • 2+ years in fitness or customer service industries
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Other Requirements

  • Must be 18 or older
  • CPR certification (obtained through employment)
