Job summary

Baseline Fitness in Highlands Ranch, CO seeks a Club Manager to oversee gym operations and drive a positive member experience while ensuring financial success of the club.

You will recruit, train, and supervise staff; lead front desk activities; uphold service standards; and manage onboarding, policies, and inventory. This role reports to the District Manager and is a full-time supervisor position at an exempt/non-exempt level.

• Order supplies and track inventory.

Job Title: Club Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise team members.


• Ensure member service oversight, guaranteeing great customer service experience at all times.


• High involvement in front desk tasks: greeting and welcoming members, gym tours, member service issues/questions.


• Provide support for team members and club members.


• Create and maintain a positive image for the club.


• Coach and counsel performance to help achieve company standards.


• Ensure prompt opening/closing of the gym.


• Ensure staff are aware of and trained on current marketing promotions.


• Complete manager portion of onboarding in Paycom for all new hires.


• Ensure club is open and staffed during all business hours.


• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.


• Order supplies and track inventory.

Minimum Qualifications

Physical Demands

• Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift.


• Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift.


• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs less than 30% of the time.

Compensation: $55,000.00 per year
