Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness is seeking a hands-on Gym Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a positive member experience. You will supervise staff, coordinate front desk tasks, and lead initiatives that keep the club clean, welcoming, and financially healthy.

• High school diploma required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Strong customer service skills.

• Basic proficiency with computers.

Responsabilités

• Oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.
• Member service oversight and front desk duties.
• Give gym tours to potential members.
• Handle member service issues and questions.
• Ensure opening and closing of gym is completed.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance; responsible for major cleaning.
• Process weekly employee payroll.
• Manage marketing efforts and ensure staff are trained on campaigns.
• Authorize expenditures and make daily bank deposits.
• Prepare new hire forms and submit to regional manager.
• Provide backup support for staff when ill.

Job SummaryResponsible for oversight of gym operations to ensure positive member experience and a financially successful club.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit, hire, train, schedule and supervise staff.Member service oversight making sure all staff is providing a great customer experience at all times.Very involved in all front desk related tasksGreat/meet potential members and provide gym tourFacilitate member service issues and questions.Ensure prompt opening/closing of gym.Oversee cleanliness and appearance of gym including taking responsibility for largest section of cleaning dailyProcess weekly employee payrollManage marketing efforts.
