Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs safe and well maintained. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, plumbing, lighting, millwork, door hardware and more to ensure a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities include documenting repair work, responding to emergency requests, and ensuring compliance with safety and company standards. The role requires 3–4 years of maintenance experience and a CPR/AED certification within 30 days

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend and lift more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment
• Verifies thru logs and inspection systems: temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet state, local and company requirements
• Responds to and prioritizes repair requests, responds immediately to emergency repairs
• Records all repair and preventative maintenance activity accurately into Maintenance Tracking software
