Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Georgia is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our clubs safe and well maintained. You will service millwork, plumbing, lighting and pool systems, supporting a high‑energy health club environment.

The role requires 3–4 years of maintenance experience, a High School diploma or GED, and CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire. You will log repairs in our Maintenance Tracking software and respond swiftly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years of facility maintenance experience.
• CPR/AED certification within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs maintenance and repairs on millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, laundry equipment.
• Verifies temperatures, pressures and chemistry meet state, local and company requirements.
• Responds to and prioritizes repair requests, including emergency repairs.
• Records all repair and preventative maintenance activity in Maintenance Tracking software.
