Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s Renaissance Indianapolis North is seeking a Club Lounge Attendant to deliver warm, personalized guest experiences in the Club Lounge. You will set up food options, maintain space, and coordinate with the culinary team to ensure quality and presentation.

You will provide exceptional service, engage with guests, and help them discover local attractions while resolving issues to WOW guests.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain food options in Club Lounge.
• Clean and maintain Club Lounge space.
• Work with culinary team to ensure quality and presentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and engage with guests.
• Build relationships with local restaurants, shops and attractions.
• Help resolve problems and WOW guests when issues arise.
• Promote and sell hotel programs.
• Communicate information to manager on duty.

The Renaissance Indianapolis North boasts 266 guest rooms, and 12,400 sq ft of event space.What you will have an opportunity to do:This position is eligible for $500 in sign on bonuses ($250 paid after 30 days, $250 paid after 90 days), monthly attendance and quarterly incentive plans.Schedule is 4pm - 10pm Sunday through Thursday.
