Life Time Inc. is seeking a hands-on Leader for four Columbus, OH area clubs. You will guide department operations, drive guest and member experiences, mentor Team Members, and ensure growth through effective training and performance feedback.

This role emphasizes cross-club collaboration and a visible presence on the club floor. As a front-line leader, you will partner with your talented team to meet performance goals, uphold Life Time standards, and deliver exceptional experiences for members

• Serve as the leader of the department and is responsible for all activities and growth of that club area
• Responsible for hiring process, onboarding and mentors Team Members to ensure continuous growth through training, developing, direction, assessing performance, and providing feedback
• Monitors budgets, forecasts revenue and expenses for respective department
