BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring a Club Manager to lead store operations and drive profitability at our US club. You will supervise a large team, manage talent development, and ensure top-notch member service while controlling costs and delivering on company priorities.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years of experience as a retail store, supermarket, or warehouse operations manager.
• Strong drive for results and solid work ethic; provide high levels of service to members.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Understanding of P&L statements, shrink control, staff development, merchandising, customer service, problem solving and conflict resolution.
• High school diploma and/or college degree preferred; open to experienced leaders.
