You will prepare and cook menu items to specification, support à la carte dining, banquets, and special events, and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications

• Experience with basic and advanced cooking techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards with attention to detail.
• Strong time-management skills and ability to work efficiently during high-volume service periods.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills to coordinate with chefs, servers, and other kitchen staff.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Culinary training or certification is a plus.
