Job summary

Genesis Health Clubs in Colorado is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain climate systems across our club locations. This role supports the facilities team and helps ensure comfortable environments for members and staff.

The successful candidate will hold state/local HVAC licenses, EPA 608 certification, and a minimum of three years of relevant experience, with on-call availability and a collaborative, problem-solving approach.

Qualifications

• State and local HVAC Technician licenses required.
• EPA 608 Refrigerant Recovery certificate required.
• Minimum 3 years of professional HVAC experience.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Willing to be on-call and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and replace HVAC systems and components.
• Complete installation of new units when necessary.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and perform maintenance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Team at each club to ensure HVAC operation.
• Interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams.
• Manage refrigerant levels, parts inventory, and order parts through approved channels.
