Job summary

Blue Star Investments, dba Anytime Fitness, is seeking a Club Sales Manager to drive member recruitment, engagement, and retention at our Palmyra, VA club. You will lead a small team, execute marketing campaigns, manage store metrics, and ensure an exceptional member experience in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You should have sales experience, leadership ability, and solid MS Office skills. This full-time, hourly position offers commission, benefits, and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Sales experience required.
• Proven ability to lead a team and be a self-starter.
• Knowledge of MS Office suite and basic PC software.
• Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• CPR/First Aid/AED certification may be preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership, training, and merchandise sales.
• Execute marketing campaigns as directed by the Marketing Director.
• Post on club social media to boost engagement and culture.
• Focus on member experience with proper follow-up to members and prospects.
• Qualify, inform, inspire, and convert prospects to members.
• Maintain club and equipment cleanliness and safety.
• Review club reports to improve strategies and identify trends.
• Lead meetings, set goals, and conduct performance reviews.
