Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Silverdale, WA is seeking a General Manager to drive member service excellence and financial performance. You will recruit, motivate and lead staff, ensure superb facilities, and execute the club’s budget and policies to protect the Crunch brand.

You will oversee operations, sales, fitness programming and customer service, relentlessly improving member satisfaction while controlling expenses. A four-year degree and prior fitness management leadership are preferred.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree, 4 year management experience and fitness management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and manage a team to achieve club sales and service goals.
• Recruit, train and develop department heads and staff to deliver high-quality service.
• Oversee operations, facilities maintenance and cleanliness to ensure member satisfaction.
• Manage budgets, expenses and payroll to stay within annual targets.
• Champion the Crunch brand and uphold company policies and initiatives.
