Job summary

Ibis Landing Golf & Country Club in Lehigh Acres, Florida, part of Troon, seeks a General Manager to oversee golf operations, amenities, and on‑site services, delivering exceptional guest experiences and financial performance.

The GM will lead a hands‑on team across hospitality, maintenance, and admin, shape budgets and marketing plans, and build a strong community presence with members and stakeholders. A four‑year degree and hospitality leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in golf operations, club management, or related F&B roles.
• Strong leadership and financial oversight capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage a multi‑department property with guest focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead golf operations, racquet sports, lifestyle, F&B, facilities and maintenance.
• Direct on-site operations to ensure exceptional member and guest experiences.
• Develop budgets, marketing plans, and strategic business initiatives.
• Oversee staffing, training, and performance of department heads.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
