Job summary

Saucon Valley Country Club is hiring energetic front-of-house employees to join our service team. Work alongside our culinary team to provide a premier dining experience in the Lehigh Valley.

We offer both full-time and seasonal opportunities with various shifts to fit your schedule. Our members and staff pride themselves on excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere, including a complimentary meal during breaks.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for the length of shift.
• Must be able to push, pull or lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a hot, humid and noisy environment.
• Ability to carry large oval trays of food.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down assigned outlet.
• Know and practice service standards.
• Know details of menu and relay them to members; assist with allergies.
• Learn and proficiently use POS system.
• Promote and foster a culture of teamwork.
• Use proper table service at all times.
• Assist service staff with cleaning of service areas.
• Bus tables by removing dishes and trash.
• Check in with members to ensure satisfaction and relay feedback to management.
