Overview

The Club Floor Attendant provides high-quality service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include setting up and maintaining the breakfast buffet and ensuring all breakfast tables are clean and presentable.

Responsibilities
  1. Attend to guests, managers, and fellow employees with attentiveness, friendliness, helpfulness, and courtesy.
  2. Keep work areas clean and stocked according to meal periods.
  3. Maintain clean and properly set tables per standards.
  4. Set up and break down the breakfast buffet area following established standards.
  5. Proactively pre-bus tables and promptly address guest requests.
  6. Complete daily opening and closing duties and cleaning tasks as per checklists.
  7. Assist colleagues during shifts as needed.
  8. Ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
Qualifications
  1. High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related experience preferred.
  2. Flexibility to work long hours as required.
  3. Ability to exert up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and 50 pounds frequently.
  4. Ability to stand throughout the shift.
  5. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Ability to listen, understand, and clarify concerns.
  7. Multitasking and prioritization skills.
  8. Attentive, friendly, courteous, and service-oriented approach.
  9. Willingness to attend meetings and training.
  10. Reliable attendance in line with hotel standards.
  11. High standards of personal appearance and grooming.
  12. Compliance with hotel standards and safety regulations.
  13. Problem-solving skills and initiative.
  14. Ability to understand and apply complex information.
  15. Cross-training in hotel operations preferred.
  16. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  17. Proactive in anticipating guest and operational needs.
  18. Perform additional duties as assigned.
  19. Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
