Job summary

Life Time is hiring a Facility Ops Team Member to keep the club clean and welcoming. You will perform daily maintenance tasks, stock towels, and ensure locker rooms meet Life Time’s standards of presentation while delivering friendly member service.

This role requires physical stamina to bend and lift, the ability to move around the club for extended periods, and a commitment to a safe, clean environment. High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat, and orderly.
• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.
