Job summary

Invited is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Attendant to uphold the golf club’s facilities, indoors and outdoors, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and high standards for members and guests. You will perform routine maintenance and repairs, manage a maintenance checklist, and coordinate with department heads to resolve requests.

A high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of general facility experience are required; training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and OSHA knowledge are

Qualifications

• General maintenance experience in a facility, property, or club setting.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: training in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or related building maintenance.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and electrical codes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain carpets clean by vacuuming and spot cleaning where necessary; keep floors swept, mopped, and polished.
• Dust and wipe down furniture, shelves, chairs, desks, chandeliers, and other surfaces; clean HVAC registers.
• Complete daily assignments to meet club standards and communicated expectations.
• Perform or contract maintenance and repairs across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, flooring, and related areas.
• Maintain a maintenance and project checklist/schedule for preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with supervisor to document and complete work requests from Heads of Departments, members, and guests.
• Attend daily briefings and participate in required activities to support club operations.
